Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />Picha <br />Subdivision <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />August 9, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 9th day of August, 1984 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Pete Costa chaired the meeting and called it to order <br />at 7:30 P.M. and the following were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa <br />Bill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Art Herkenhoff (arrived 8:40 P.M.) <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />Sharon Timmons <br />ALSO PRESENT: David Licht, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Roy French <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended that the minutes of the July 12 meeting <br />be approved. <br />Motion seconded by Mrs. Timmons. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />Mr. Thomas Picha appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />of a simple lot split of his property on Greenbrier Street. <br />The Planner reported that he has recommended that the driveway on <br />the lot line be removed as the property is not entitled to two curb <br />cuts. The Planner is also recommending the dedication of utility <br />easements around the lot lines. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended that the Picha subdivision be approved based <br />on the removal of the driveway on the lot line, the dedication of <br />utility easements and any recommendations of the City Attorney and <br />Engineer. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />I'age —1— <br />
