This action was seen as appropriate in view of the fact <br />that the PUD is simply a procedural requirement at this point in time to <br />resolve the subdivision question combining the three separate lots into one. <br />In view of the delays which have been encountered and the time demanded of <br />the applicant, I am writing to inquire if the City Council can address this <br />request at its 22 August meeting. Assuming the conditional use permit is <br />satisfactory, the Council could approve it contingent upon approval of the <br />PUD (subdivision). The PUD could be approved as a matter of formality at <br />one of the September Council meetings without the need for the applicant to <br />be present. <br />The Planning Commission's plus my concern is to move this matter along so <br />that the stipulated property improvements could occur yet this year. <br />Sincerely yours, <br />NORTHWEST SSOCI-ATED CON <br />/' <br />--- David R.
