Co. Rd. B -2
Roseville, Minnesota 55113
Re: Application #312623 (Ramsey County #04726)
Northwestern Bell /Real Estate has filed with the Commissioner of
Revenue an application for reduction in the assessed valuation of
certain real estate in the city of Little Canada, Ramsey County,
Minnesota. The tax description of the property is 53 00600 030
44.
The application states that a reduction in the assessed valuation
of the above - described property is warranted because the property
should have been classified as exempt.
The application requests that the assessed valuation for
assessment year 1983, taxes payable in 1984, be reduced from
$462,766 to zero. The abatement has been recommended by the
county board, the county auditor and the county assessor of Ramsey
County.
Minnesota Statutes, Section 270.19, provides that where the
reduction in assessed valuation of any property exceeds $100,000,
the city, town, school district, and county in which the property
is located may request a hearing to object to the reduction. If
your political subdivision desires to have a hearing on this
application, please send your request to me within 20 days.
27
AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
,s..
