Little Canada Rd, <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Attention: Mr. Joe Chlebeck <br />City Clerk <br />Re: Fire Protection System <br />City Hall <br />Dear Sir: <br />Thank you for the invitation to quote this project. Our quotation is based <br />on the following specifications, Exhibit "A" attached, and Exhibit "B", our <br />red lined concept plan in this office. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Provide and install a complete wet type sprinkler system in all areas of the <br />basement and first floor. <br />WATER SERVICE <br />Others shall provide, flush, and test, in accordance with the applicable <br />NFPA standards, an adequate water service into the building. NFPA test <br />papers shall be provided by the installing contractor. <br />MAIN VALVE ASSEMBLY <br />Provide a standard NFPA and Little Canada type. Location shall be at the <br />west basement wall. Basic equipment consists of check valve, detector check <br />and meter, main drain, gauge, W.F.I.. and inside OS & Y control valve. Valve <br />assembly shall start from a flanged opening in a flanged tee provided by the <br />water service contractor. Flanged opening shall be plumb, level, and two <br />flange holes shall be parallel to the adjacent wall or floor. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION <br />Provide one fire department connection (standard brass 21 x 211 x 4 siamese <br />type).
