MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION MARCH 9, 2006 Duray asked about the drainage and utility easements. The City Planner noted thaC drainage and utility easements along lot lines is a standard requirement for all lot splits. Barraclough recommended approval of the property division for 3007 Arcade SCreet into Cwo single-family lots as requested by Kissell Construction subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner. Motion seconded by Socha. Motion carried 6 - 0. TEXT The City Planner reported that at the time the City amended the AMENDMENT- Business-Warehouse (B-W) District eliminating outdoor storage OUTDOOR from thaC district, the link between the B-W District and I-1 DistricC STORAGE IN was severed inadvertently eliminating outdoor storage from I-l. I-1 That was never the intent of the City. Therefore, the proposed Text Amendment re-established outdoor storage as a conditional use in the I-1 District. Duray recommended approval of an ordinance amending Chapter 91.4 of the Little Canada City Code, known as the zoning ordinance, by providing for outdoor storage by Conditional Use Permit in the I-1, Light Industrial District. Motion seconded by Rheaume. Motion carried 6 - 0. TEXT The City Planner indicated Chat the proposed TexC Amendment is AMENDMENT- recommended for adoption by the City Attorney and establishes the ENFORCEMENT City's ability to enforce Conditional Use Permits and Interim Use OF CUP'S AND Permits by citation. Currently the ordinance only provides for INTERIM USE enforcement by revocation. The proposed text amendment also PERMITS establishes a revocation proceeding procedure. Barraclough recommended approval of an ordinance amending Chapter 921.030 of the Little Canada City Code, known as the zoning Ordinance, by providing for enforcement of conditional and interim use permits by citation.
