The area where damaged vehicles are stored awaiting repair is to <br />be altered in location as outlined in this report and is to be fully <br />fenced and /or screened. Detailed plans are to be prepared and sub- <br />mitted and subject to the approval of the City Planner. <br />2. No damaged vehicles or equipment are to be stored in any other location <br />than the enclosed storage area. <br />3. The storage area is to be surfaced with gravel. The parking stalls <br />and driveway are to be hardsurfaced and curbed. Any open areas not <br />utilized for the above uses are to be seeded and sodded. <br />4. Parking and access into the site is to be modified in conformance <br />to the Zoning Ordinance. <br />5. A performance bond or other form of acceptable security is to be posted <br />as determined by the City Council and released only upon verification of <br />work completed by the City Building Official. <br />6. Grading of the site is to be subject to the written approval of the <br />City Engineer. <br />7. Signage plans in conformance with the Sign Ordinance are to be sub- <br />mitted and subject to the approval of the City Building Official. <br />8. The property must be officially redesignated as a buildable lot <br />subject to a procedure prescribed by the City Engineer. <br />9.
