Parking arrangements for spaces directly accessing Little Canada <br />Road are to be modified as determined acceptable to the City <br />Planner and adjoining neighbor to the west. <br />2. Drainage of the site be subject to the review and approval of the City <br />Engineer. <br />3. The property owner cooperate with the City in resolution of the rear <br />lot line issue. <br />4.
