(a) Name and address of applicant; <br />(b) Legal description of property on which kennel is located; <br />(c) Capacity of kennel by number of animals; <br />(d) Kind of services provided; <br />(e) Qualifications and experience of applicant for operating <br />kennel business. <br />1102.040. ANNUAL LICENSE FEE. The kennel license provided for hereby <br />shall be an annual license and the annual license period shall be the calendar <br />year. The fee for the first license shall be Fifteen Dollars ($15.00), <br />payable to the City at the time application for license is made. The renewal <br />fee, payable upon application therefor, for each year shall be Ten Dollars <br />($10.00), and application for renewal shall be made prior to December 20th for <br />the year to commence on the following January 1st. The license provided for <br />by this Code shall not be transferable. <br />1102.050. CITY BOARD OF HEALTH. The City Board of Health shall <br />supervise all kennels licensed hereunder and the said Board of Health shall <br />promulgate rules and regulations governing the operation of any licensed <br />kennel. These rules and regulations shall include size and design of <br />buildings, construction materials, sanitary provisions, and any other <br />provisions deemed necessary to accomplish proper protection for the public in <br />the administration of this Code. <br />1102.060. VIOLATIONS. <br />(A) Any person who operates a kennel business in violation of this <br />ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />(B) Any licensed kennel operator who fails to comply with all rules, <br />regulations and orders of the City Board of Health shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor. <br />(C) Each day that any violation continues shall be considered a <br />separate offense, punishable as a separate misdemeanor, the penalty for which <br />shall not exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) fine or ninety (90) days in <br />jail, or both. <br />1102.070. REVOCATION. Whenever any licensee is convicted of a <br />misdemeanor for violation of this Code, the Council may thereupon revoke the <br />kennel license of such convicted licensee. <br />(Source: Ord. 27) <br />109 <br />110 <br />
