MINUTES <br />Planning omission <br />May 10, 1984 <br />Risty Plat Mr. Norris Risty of 57 E County Road C presented to the Commission <br />for approval a plat dividing his property into four lots. <br />Larry Lee <br />Rezoning <br />Mrs. Risty informed the Commission that the plat they are presenting <br />tonight conforms to the Planner's recommendations. Risty also <br />stated that the County informed her that they have sent a letter <br />to the City approving their proposal. The Planner stated that <br />he would check on this. <br />Mrs. Risty stated that the Water Works has also sent a letter of <br />approval out. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the Risty Plat subject to <br />the recommendations contained in the Planner's report of May 7, <br />1984 and the Engineer's letter dated May 8, 1984. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />Mrs. Kingsbury recommended tabling of the Larry Lee rezoning request <br />until later in the meeting when Mr. Lee appears. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Peter Costa. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />Terrace Mr. Frank Craczyk, representing Terrace heights Mobile Home Court, <br />Heights appeared before the Commission requesting approval of a conditional <br />Storage use permit for a storage garage. Mr. Graczyk informed the Commission <br />Garage that the garage would be 32 feet by 45 feet and would house the <br />Court's maintenance equipment. <br />Mr. DeLonais reported that he looked at the site and was assured by <br />the Court that the chimney would come down on the property and the <br />site would be cleaned up. The north side of the site would be <br />landscaped. <br />Mr. Ducharme recommended approval of the conditional use permit <br />for a storage garage at the Terrace Heights Mobile Home Court subject <br />to compliance with the Planner's recommendations. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. DeLonais. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />Page -3- <br />
