NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS INC.
MEMORANDUM
TO: Little Canada Mayo yr and City Council
FROM: David Licht /r
J
DATE: 15 May 1984
RE: Stockness CUP
FILE NO: 758.09 - 84.19
At the Planning Commission meeting on 10 May, Mr. Stockness indicated
that he was still interested in having two curb cuts along the northern
portion of his property. Prior to the Council meeting, Mr. Stockness
and I are to meet during staff hours in order to work out a possible
design solution which will avoid the need for a variance request. Should
we not succeed, the conditional use permit and site plan approval can
proceed at your meeting on 23 May. The curb cut question can be subse-
quently handled through a variance application to be reviewed during June.
The Council may, however, wish to take specific note of the possible
variance question and provide Mr. Stockness with its initial, preliminary
reaction at the meeting on 23 May.
cc: Joseph Chlebeck
Ed Locke
Don Carley
Tom Sweeney
Dan Stockness
5s
4820 minnetonka boulevard, suite 420 minneapolis, mn 55416 612/925-9420
