Little Canada Mayor and City Council <br />15 May 1984 <br />Page Four <br />2. The parking stalls and driveway in front of the building are to be <br />hard surfaced and curbed. Parking area to the west is to be surfaced <br />as directed by the City Council. Timber or concrete curb blocks are <br />to be installed around the periphery of the site. Any open areas not <br />utilized for the above uses are to be seeded and sodded. <br />3. Access into the site is to be modified in conformance to the Zoning <br />Ordinance. A minimum of twenty -five parking spaces are to be provided. <br />4. A performance bond or other form of acceptable security is to be posted <br />as determined by the City Council and released only upon verification of <br />work completed by the City Building Official. <br />5. Grading of the site is to be subject to the written approval of the <br />City Engineer. <br />6. Signage plans in conformance with the Sign Ordinance are to be submitted <br />and subject to the approval of the City Building Official. <br />7. The property must be officially redesignated as a buildable lot subject <br />to -a' procedure prescribed by the City Engineer. <br />8.
