SSOCIATES, tN <br />Consubing Enginurs -Land Surveyors <br />Mr. Chris Drake <br />801 Keller Parkway <br />St. Paul, Minnesota <br />Dear Mr. Drake: <br />500 West Highway 96 <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55112 <br />484 -3301 <br />June 5, 1984 <br />Re: Property Subdivision <br />We have received your letter of May 18, 1984 regarding the <br />subdivision of your property. <br />This whole episode began as a simple lot split and /or land <br />swap to move property lines in order to create one new lot. <br />The work order was signed by Mr. Maurice Jones. During the <br />interim the lines were moved two or three times. We are now <br />informed that Mr. Jones no longer has any interest in the <br />property. We are looking to him for payment, and he is <br />paying the bill. <br />In the meantime, it has now been reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission and a formal plat is required which includes <br />topography, easements, etc. This was not part of the original <br />agreement with Mr. Jones, It has also been changed from Drake - <br />Jones to Drake - Frattalone. This is confusing to say the least. <br />Sometime ago we agreed with the City Council to refrain from <br />platting in the City. <br />We are therefore withdrawing from this work and it will be <br />necessary for you to employ another surveyor. <br />We note that we had sent a small bill to you for additional <br />work ordered by you even though we have no signed order.
