MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Little Canada Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: David Licht <br />DATE: 5 June 1984 <br />NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS <br />RE: Ryan Industrial Park - Code Enforcement Incorporated <br />4820 Minnetonka Boulevard, Suite 420 <br />FILE NO: 758.09 Mpls., Mn. 55416 612/925 -9420 <br />Based upon discussions with Mr. Locke and Mrs. Nardini, I am providing to <br />you a suggested letter which would be signed by the Mayor and each member <br />of the City Council to be sent to the property owners within the Ryan <br />Industrial Park. The intent of the letter by having the City officials <br />sign it, is to impress upon them the importance of this matter. Secondly, <br />the letter attempts to enlist some general neighborhood cooperation and <br />property ownership pride in cleaning up the situation which presently <br />exists. <br />Also attached is a suggested code enforcement program outline.
