Collova located at 2608 McMenemy to a lot on Dernont.
The Planner asked if a garage would be included on the site. Mr.
Collova replied not at this time, but that he made provisions for
a future garage.
The Planner commented that he has not seen the plans for the site.
Mr. Collova reported that he is complying with City Code.
The Planner reported that his report on the matter summarizes City
Code requirements. One of the major concerns is that the house fit
in with the character of the neighborhood. The Planner commented
that the Planning Commission does not review plans normally for
single family homes, but in this case, the Commission must decide
the acceptability contingent upon the applicant meeting Code and
setbacks. If there is a violation of the setbacks, the request
must come hack under a variance procedure.
Mr. Collova replied that his proposal meets setback requirements.
Page -1-
