CHLEBECK, Clerk <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minn. 55117 <br />484 -2177 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET SWEEPING <br />MAYOR <br />Raymond Hanson <br />COUNCIL <br />Michael Fahey <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Dennis Forsberg <br />Mugs Nardini <br />Notice is hereby given that quotations will be received, opened, and <br />read aloud in the Council Chambers of the City of Little Canada, located <br />at 515 Little Canada Rd., on the 23rd of March, 1984, at 11:00 a.m. for <br />Street Sweeping on city streets. <br />1. Cost per hour rate. To include sweeper(s), operator, and fuel. <br />2. Furnish a certificate of insurance when quotation is accepted: <br />3. Sweeper must be able to dump into City trucks. <br />4. All quotations must be on proposal forms furnished by the City. <br />The City will provide: <br />1. Dump truck (s), driver and dumping site for all collected debris. <br />2. Hydrant or other suitable water source for the sweeper. <br />3. Space for overnight parking in the area of the City Shop. <br />A list of streets to be swept and a city map are enclosed. There <br />are approximately 60 hours of sweeping in the City. <br />Quotations shall be directed to the City Clerk, securely sealed and endorsed <br />upon the outside wrapper of a brief statement for which the quotation is <br />made... <br />The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all quotations and <br />waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the <br />right to award the contract in the best interest of the City. <br />QUOTATION: <br />DATE: <br />NAME:: <br />TITLE: BY <br />ADDRESS OF BIDDER: <br />72 <br />
