Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />Pates <br />Addition <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />March 8, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 8th day of March, 1984 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Pete Costa chaired the meeting and called it to order <br />at 7:32 P.M. and the following were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Pete Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Roy French (arrived 7:37 P.M.) <br />}Carolyn Kingsbury <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Sharon Timmons (arrived 7:40 P.M.) <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Thomas Perl.inger <br />Jim Steele <br />ALSO ?RESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Mrs. Kingsbury stated that she wanted the February minutes to reflect <br />that she did not want the word "average" included in the ordinance <br />pertaining to manufactured housing. <br />Mr. Costa recommended that the minutes be approved as corrected. <br />Mr. Dennis Peck appeared before the Planning Commission representing <br />the Pate Addition. Mr. Peck pointed out that the Commission approved <br />the concept of this property division in October of 1983. <br />Mr. Peck pointed out that there are seven lots in the proposal. Peck <br />also indicated that drainage swans will he provided on the City <br />right -of -way on the western edge of the property and swans will also <br />be provided on the eastern edge. <br />Mr. Peck reported that contouring of the property w 1 be done to <br />provide for drainage to the rear, front and western edge of the <br />property. <br />Mr. French asked if the garage that was existing on the property <br />was still there. Mr. Peck reported that the garage has been removed. <br />Mr. Peck reported that he and his associates are custom builders and <br />they will be building the homes on the site as they obtain buyers. <br />Page -1- <br />
