MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />March R, 1984 <br />Pates <br />Addition <br />(Cont.) <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the Pates Addition subject <br />to the inclusion of drainage and utility easements as specified <br />in the Subdivision Ordinance and subject to the garage being <br />removed. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />Risty Mr. Norris Risty appeared before the Commission requesting the <br />Property approval of the division of his property into four parcels. The Risty <br />Division property is located at 57 East County Road C next to the Schrier <br />triangle. <br />Jenniges <br />Property <br />Division <br />Mr. Grittman reported that the Risty's are just seeking concept <br />approval at this point and that all the lot would be conforming to <br />City Code and no variances are necessary. <br />Mrs. Kingsbury asked the zoning of the property. Mr. Grittman <br />reoliedthat it is zoned R -1. <br />Mrs. Timmons asked the Risty's their intent with the property <br />located across the street. Mrs. Risty replied that the property <br />is unhuiidable and stated that they are considering approaching <br />^".r. Frank Frattalone about the property as it ahutts his property. <br />Mr. Grittman stated that this piece of property could he platted <br />as an out lot and could be sold at a later date. <br />Mr. 'lerkenhoff asked the size of the proposed lots. Mr. DeLonais <br />replied that they are well over 10,000 square feet. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the concept of the Risty property <br />division. <br />Motion seconded by Mrs. Timmons. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />Mr. Jenniges appeared before the Commission requesting approval of <br />the division of his property on Edgerton. Mr. Jenniges pointed out <br />that one of the proposed lots wouldhave a width of 65 feet. Also <br />a variance would be necessary for the existing house, which is <br />substandard in size. <br />Mr. DeLonais pointed out that the City has a lot of large lots and <br />felt that if the City approved this division it would set a precedent <br />that he did not feel the City could live with. <br />Page -7- <br />
