Wheelock Parkway <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55101 <br />RE: Little Canada - Carle Landscaping <br />File No: 758.09 - 83.06 <br />Dear Mr. Carle: <br />The purpose of this letter is to summarize our meeting and discussion <br />of 5 March 1984. Upon Ed Locke's and my visit to your landscaping <br />operation site, we determined that a decision on screening of the <br />equipment storage area will have to await the snow melt so that the need <br />can be more accurately assessed. <br />Relative to the $2,500 performance bond which is required, we will recom- <br />mend to the City Council that a savings account be established. This <br />account will be in your name, but require the City Clerk's signature on <br />all withdrawals. The City is to be allowed to sign individually to <br />withdraw any funds. It will also be our recommendation that as work is <br />completed that the account can be reduced in amount equal to the per- <br />centage of work completed. <br />I anticipate this matter will be reviewed and voted upon by the City <br />Council on 28 March.
