PAUL, MINNESOTA 55102
Re: Round Lake Overlook Addition
Our File No. 4982
Dear Dave:
It appears that some amendments are necessary in the
Development Contract relative to the above captioned matter.
As to the water system, the developer agrees to loop the
water system within his plat to connect to the water system
within Schreier's Plat at the northeast corner of Schreier's
Plat.
As to the sanitary sewer, it should be verified that
previously deferred assessments for sanitary sewer in the amount
of $3700 on the property within the plat have been paid. Frank
Frattalone indicated that he paid the deferred assessments at the
time of purchase of the property, some time in 1978. Assuming
the same have been paid, the City of Little Canada, at the
Council meeting of March 14, 1984, agreed to contribute $3700 to
pay a portion of the cost of the sanitary sewer lift station,
which is to be installed by the developer, the total cost of
which is estimated to be $15,000.
Would you please contact me on March 27th, or thereafter,
relative to the necessary changes in the Development Contract.
Yours very truly,
SWEENEY, O'CONNOR & LeMAY
(J(
Thomas M.
