Our proposal contemplates performing the work upon a unit price <br />basis, subject to the requirements of the Special Provisions. <br />Accompanying this Proposal is a Certified Check, Cashier's Check <br />or Bid Bond in the amount at least equal to ten per cent (10 %) of the total <br />bid amount submitted on this Proposal, or $500.0u, whichever is greater, <br />payable without condition to the City in event of default of the undersigned. <br />This Bid Security is a guarantee that-the undersigned will enter into an <br />Agreement with the City for the work described in this Proposal within ten <br />(10) working days of award of bid and furnish Performance and Payment Bonds <br />as specified to cover this Bid.
