BID FOR THE REMOVAL OF TREES AND STUMPS ON PRIVATE AND PUBLIC PROPERTY CITY OF LITTLE CANADA CONTRACT The City of Little Canada 515 Little Canada Road Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 Gentlemen: 1. The undersigned, having familiarized (himself) (themselves) (itself) with the existing conditions on the project sites affecting the cost of the work, and with the Contract Documents (whigh include Invitation For Bids, Instructions to Bidders, the Form of Bid, The Form of the Bid Bond, Form of Agreement, Statement and Addenda, if any, as prepared by the City of Little Canada, and on file in the Office of the City of Little Canada, hereby proposed to furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and services including utility and transportation services, and to perform and complete all work required for the removal of trees and stumps on private and public property as noted in the "Specifications for Bid ", of the Contract Documents. 2. In submitting this Bid, The Bidder understands that the right is reserved by the awarding City Council to reject any and all bids. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed, telegraphed, or delivered to the undersigned within forty -five (45) days after the opening thereof, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver said agreement in the prescribed form and furnish the required bond within ten (10) days after the Agreement is . presented to him for signature. 3. Bid Security. All bids shall be accompanied by•a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check for $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars). c.
