WHEREAS, there exists in full force and effect Traffic <br />Control Signal Agreement No. 62905 dated December 3, 1987, <br />entered into by and between the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the "State ", and the <br />County of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as the "County ", and <br />the City of Little Canada, hereinafter referred to as the "City ", <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the State, the County and the City recently <br />mutually agreed to the following changes and additions to the <br />maintenance terms and conditions in said agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Paragraph No. 9 of said agreement is hereby <br />revised as follows: <br />Upon completion of the work contemplated in <br />Paragraph 3c [County State Aid Highway No. 21 (Little Canada <br />Road) at County Road 139 (Centerville Road)] hereof, it shall be <br />the County's responsibility, at its cost and expense, to: (1) <br />provide necssary electrical <br />traffic control signal with <br />power for the <br />street lights <br />operation of the <br />installation, (2) <br />maintain the lumainaries, (3) relamp the traffic control signal <br />and street lights, and (4) clean and paint the traffic control <br />signal, cabinet, and luminaire mast arm extensions. The State <br />shall maintain the traffic signal cabinet and control equipment, <br />repair knockdowns of the traffic control signal system, perform <br />S.A. 1 to <br />62905 <br />-1- <br />Page 46 <br />
