all other traffic control signal and street light maintenance, <br />and is responsible for the timing and operation of the traffic <br />control signal, all on a reimbursable basis with the County. <br />2. The following Paragraph is hereby added to said <br />agreement: <br />The State and the County shall enter into a <br />Traffic Control Signal Maintenance Agreement No. 65613 -R covering <br />maintenance of the traffic signal cabinet and control equipment, <br />repair of knockdowns of the traffic control signal system, <br />performance of all other traffic control signal and street light <br />maintenance not performed by the County, and the responsibility <br />for the timing and operation of the traffic control signal by <br />State Forces and the terms and conditions covering payment <br />therefor by the County. <br />3. Paragraph No. 14 of said agreement is hereby <br />revised as follows: <br />Upon proper execution by the City and the State, <br />the EVP System for the traffic control signals on Trunk Highway <br />No. 35E East Ramp and West Ramp - County Drive at County State <br />Aid Highway No. 21 (Little Canada Road) and on County State Aid <br />Highway No. 21 (Little Canada Road) at County Road 139 <br />(Centerville Road) shall become a part of Signal Maintenance <br />Agreement No. 1886 -R between the City and State covering <br />S.A. 2 to <br />62905 <br />-2- <br />Page 47 <br />
