Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
4842177
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
MEMORANDUM
TO: John Palacio
FROM: Bev Scalze
DATE: June 13, 1988
RE: Code Violations
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
I have received a complaint on the condition of the Sprosty
property at 633 Keller Parkway. Would you check on
possible Code violations in the following areas or any
other you may see in your inspection:
1. Dump truck stored in the rear yard;
2. Continual large number of passenger vehicles;
3. Upper deck supported by dead tree trunk;
4. Construction /landscape materials stored in the
side lot.
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalia
Bill almoner
Rick Coilova
Jim LaValle
I recall that the construction vehicles were ordered
removed a number of years ago by the City. You may have to
refer to past complaints received by the previous two
building officials.
i am constantly questioned as to why the City allows these
problems to continue, and I do not have an answer. I think
the current Council policy of "enforcement on a complaint
basis" is creating neighborhood divisiveness and
frustration as well as unequal application of the Code.
BS:kv
cc: Joe Chlebeck
Rick Collova
Kathy Tipler
01--/  A GC"
/ mss.  oz
PAGE -74-
