This is the alert signal <br />for the METRO AREA. Listen to radio or TV for <br />more precise location and details. <br />1. Tune in Radio <br />WCCO: 830 AM <br />KSTP: 1500 AM <br />or TV <br />WCCO: Channel 4 <br />KSTP: Channel 5 <br />WTCN: Channel 11 <br />2. Residents should continually be alert to existing weather <br />conditions. They should prepare for their own safety by <br />monitoring weather broadcasts. <br />3. If leaving your home is deemed necessary, leave a few windows <br />cracked open and proceed to a pre- designated safety shelter. <br />NOTE: NORTH STAR ESTATES MOBILE HOME PARK DOES NOT HAVE A <br />TORNADO SHELTER <br />4. If leaving your home is necessary, please use this evacuation <br />procedure: <br />EXIT TO THE EAST TO COUNTRY DRIVE OR EXIT TO THE SOUTH TO <br />SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. <br />SEVERE THUNDERSTORM: PUBLIC WARNING: Radio and TV will be the source <br />of current weather conditions. No sirens will bE <br />sounded unless actual danger of tornado exists. <br />Residents should monitor local radio and TV stations for advise of <br />severe weather conditions.
