We calculated costs per <br />"square foot" and neglected to convert to the bid unit "square yards ". <br />With the proper conversion, our bid would have been $0.54 per square <br />yard. The base bid would have been $69,600.00 higher, or a total base bid <br />of $236,952.55. <br />We regret making the error and respectfully request that you permit us <br />to withdraw our bid without forfeiting the bond.
