B. The District agrees to pay all cost of operation and <br />maintenance of the Gymnasium Addition during the term of this <br />lease. <br />C. The District, to the extent storage space is <br />available, will make other storage space available for use by the <br />City which will not conflict with the District's use of the <br />Gymnasium Addition. <br />D. The City shall be responsible for the cost of damages <br />or repairs to the Gymnasium Addition caused by persons using such <br />premises for City approved recreational or civic purposes... <br />E. The District shall prepare and adopt reasonable rules <br />and regulations governing the use of the Gymnasium Addition by the <br />City of Little Canada. <br />Section 6. Hours of Use. The Gymnasium Addition shall be <br />reserved for use by the District at all times and for all purposes <br />which directly relate to use of the Gymnasium Addition as an <br />elementary school, including special events after normal hours, <br />such as a school play, PTA meeting, etc. At all other times, the <br />City shall have first priority in the scheduling and use of the <br />Gymnasium Addition for City recreational and civic purposes. <br />The City and the District shall each designate a person <br />charged with the responsibility of scheduling and coordinating the <br />use of the Gymnasium Addition so that such facilities may be made <br />available by the District to others when not in use by the City. <br />Section 7. Liabilities and Insurance. The City shall be <br />responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person or <br />property arising out of its use of the Gymnasium Addition and <br />Page 5 <br />
