SUMMARY /RECOMMENDATION <br />To resolve these issues, we recommend a plat of the Market Place <br />property. The site in question should be platted as an outlot, <br />since outlots may not be built upon. At such time as a building <br />expansion CUP is proposed, the outlot may be final platted. This <br />process would resole the problems of access, legal descriptions, <br />and building expansion process.
