MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />June 8, 1989 <br />Pursuant to the call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />June, 1989, in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mr. Peter Costa chaired the meeting and called it to <br />order at 7:30 p.m. The following members of the <br />Commission were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Claudia Drabik <br />Peter Costa <br />Gene DeL'0nair <br />David Bendel <br />Robert Pederson <br />MEMBER ABSENT: Peggy Salweizer <br />ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Minutes Minutes for the previous meeting were approved as <br />read <br />Jeff DeBace <br />Lot Division <br />The Planning Commission welcomed their new member, <br />Claudia Drabik. <br />There was a question of the recent plat with an <br />easement on it. The Commission needed to know the <br />position of the present house and Mr. DeBace did <br />so on the diagram. They told him that only five feet <br />was needed for an approvement motion. There was <br />also a need of a survey to locate the iron stakes <br />and also a survey to locate the house. <br />Mr. Grittman said that there were three underlining <br />plats on page 2. These three combine and they will <br />split. The driveway easement will stay as well. <br />Mr. DeBace pointed out that this has access from <br />County Road C for both roads. <br />Planning Commission makes a motion <br />for the approval of the little split <br />subject to the commission and the <br />Planner's report of June 6, and of <br />all members of the staff. <br />This motion was duly seconded. <br />All in favor; Ayes (5), Opposed (0) Motion Carried. <br />Page 1 <br />
