A motion was duly made, <br />seconded and passed approving this project providing provisions of the attached permit are met. <br />The Board asked me to advise you to inspect these provisions and bring them to the attention of <br />the construction contractor. Also, please note provision number three which provides that you <br />must call our inspector after installation of your erosion control facilities and before you initiate <br />site grading.
