Ramsey - Washington " letro District PERMIT 2225 White Bear Ave., Maplewood, Mn. 55109 18121779- 2207 Permission is granted to conduct grading operations in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and Management Plan of the District for the project County Ditch 16 Storm Sewer owned by City of Little Canada , District Permit No. 89-21 subject to the following special provisions: 1. Construction shall be in accordance with the plans submitted to the District as of April 5, 1989. 2. The site soil erosion and sediment control facilities shall be installed and maintained to conform with the Ramsey - Washington Metro Watershed District standards as detailed in the enclosed "Attachment A ". 3. The site erosion and sediment control facilities shall be installed prior to any site grading operations. The District's Administrator must be notified upon completion of the installation of the required erosion control facilities. Grading operations shall not commence until the District Administrator approved the installed facilities. 4. All grading operations shall be conducted in a manner to minimize the potential for site erosion. 5. In areas where concentrated volumes of stormwater will occur (such as swales, in front of storm sewer catch basins and intakes, etc.), the erosion control facilities shall be backed by a snow fence or other district engineer approved stabilization structure to prevent the destruction of the erosion control facilities by concentrated flows. 6. Any damaged silt fencing or other erosion control facilities shall be restored to their originally installed condition daily. 7. Restoration of all areas disturbed during construction shall be completed as soon as possible. Any areas which have been finish graded or areas that have been disturbed and for which other grading or site building construction operations are not actively underway shall be seeded and mulched within 14 days. All mulch material shall be disced into the soil in a direction perpendicular to the storm water flow over such areas. 8. All soils tracked onto paved roadways shall be removed from those roadways daily. 9. All construction site entrances shall be surfaced with crushed rock across the entire width of the entrance, from the entrance to a point not less than 50 feet into the construction zone. The Board reserves tM right to review and revise these special provisions as circumstances may require. This permit may be suspended for failure to comply with the above specified provisions.
