Ramsey - Washington "letro District PERMIT 2223 White Bear Ave., Maplewood, Mn. 55109 19121779. 2207 Permission is granted to conduct grading operations in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and Management Plan of the District for the project County Ditch 16 Ernrm Sewer owned by City of Little Canada , District Permit No. 89 -21 subject to the following special provisions: 10. All storm sewer catch basins which are not necessary for site drainage during construction shall be covered to prevent runoff from entering the storm sewer system. Where storm sewer catch basins are necessary for site drainage during construction a silt fence or double ring of staked hay bales backed by snow fence shall be installed and maintained around all catch basins until the area tributary to the catch basins is restored. 11. An overflow swale shall be constructed from the top of the ravine to the catch basin adjacent to the walkway. The centerline of the swale shall be at least 1 foot lower than the top of the side banks, "Enkamat" erosion control material shall be installed within this swale the entire length a minimum of 15 feet wide. 12. All silt fence shall be backed by snow fence for additional support. 13. The District Administrator, Cliff Aichinger (779- 2207), shall be notified of the pre — construction meeting so that attendance at the meeting can be arranged. 2362031 /LCP /sam The Board reserves the right to review and revise these spacial provisions as circumstances may require.
