WATER RESOURCES EXPERIENCE <br />Our staff has provided water resource management services to <br />communities and counties both in the metropolitan and outstate <br />areas. Our engineers have prepared comprehensive storm water <br />management plans, detailed storm drainage studies and complete <br />plans and specifications for construction. We also provide <br />inspection services during construction. The firm has worked <br />with various agencies such as Mn /DOT, Ramsey and Hennepin County, <br />the Department of Natural Resources, the Corps of Engineers, U.S. <br />Fish & Wildli'fe Service, Minnesota PCA, and numerous watershed <br />districts and watershed organizations. <br />The Water Resources Department has an extensive computer <br />background including the following: water surface profile <br />analysis (HEC -2, WSPRO), culvert analysis (Federal Highway <br />Administration Program HY8, Bureau of Public Roads Program <br />HOBCW), storm sewer analysis (ILLUDAS, CESTORM), dam safety (U.S. <br />Weather Service DAMBREAK, BOSSDAMBREAK) watershed analysis <br />(S.C.S. TR20, HEC -1), soil mapping and information (University of <br />Minnesota, Soil Survey Information System). In addition, several <br />custom programs have been prepared for determining water surface <br />profile analyses for treatment plant facilities. <br />SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PLANNING <br />Surface Water Management Planning is being done for several <br />communities by the Water Resources Department staff. The plans <br />are similar in many respects and contain the following standard <br />features: <br />0 U.S.D.A. Soil Conservation Service TR -20 program modeling - <br />The TR -20 is used as a standard model by SEH staff to assure <br />consistent results.
