The property in question <br />lies north of Savage Lane and south of Savage Lake (see Exhibit <br />A). The existing lot currently measures 285' x 186' in size. <br />Under the proposed lot split, one lot containing a single family <br />residence would measure 186' x 146', while the other undeveloped <br />parcel lying to the east would measure 186' x 145'. The subject <br />property is zoned R -1, Single Family Residential. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Detailed Site Location <br />Exhibit C - Site Plan <br />ANALYSIS <br />As mentioned previously, the property in question lies within an <br />R -1 Zoning District.
