DEBACE Jeff DeBace appeared before the Commission requesting <br />CUP approval of a Conditional Use Permit to move an existing <br />GARAGE garage from the Dick & Mary's site on Rice Street to 138 <br />RELOCATION County Road C. The garage is 26 feet by 30 feet and is <br />stucco. DeBace reported that the garage can be located on <br />the site without the need for any variances. <br />The Planner reported that he had no problem with the <br />request. However, pointed out that Mr. DeBace needs to move <br />the garage before the Council can take formal action. If <br />the Commission approves, the Planner recommended that he <br />MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />August 10, 1989 <br />i <br />be allowed to move the garage to the site prior to the <br />Council's action, however, the garage will not be <br />permanently installed until after the Council has approved <br />the CUP. <br />Herkenhoff recommended approval of the Jeff DeBace <br />application for Conditional Use Permit to move an existing <br />garage to 138 County Road C subject to the recommendations <br />of the City Planner. <br />Motion seconded by Costa. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0.: <br />Page 11 <br />
