be the sole property of the City of Little Canada from the time <br />of set out for collection by the residents until collection by <br />the City or its designated contractor. At the time of <br />collection, items designated as recyclable materials shall <br />become the sole property of the City or its designated <br />contractor. <br />(3) It shall be unlawful for any person, other than the <br />City or its designated contractor, to collect any items that are <br />designated as recyclable materials and set out for collection as <br />part of the City's curbside recycling program. <br />809.110. violations.
