at <br />May 8, 1989 <br />Lunda Construction Co. <br />Box 669 , <br />Black River Falls, WI 54615 <br />Attentions Mike Peterson <br />Subjects Construction of Little Canada Rd. <br />Dear Mr. Peterson: <br />Last week I spoke with the Ramsey County Inspector <br />regarding my tire that was torn open on the driveway <br />apron you installed at my residence at 334 Little <br />Canada Road last summer. <br />I also talked to him about the fact that we had <br />had our land surveyed just prior to the construc- <br />tion and that you were suppose to replace the <br />survey markers after construction and this has not <br />been done. <br />At the time the tire was torn, I gave you the re- <br />ceipt to have the tire replaced and you said that <br />your company would take care of it.
