MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />September 14, 1989 <br />Mueller also expressed concern about the number of <br />vehicles parked in the driveway at 2881 Edgerton. <br />Drabik asked if there was a limit to the number of <br />vehicles that could be parked in a driveway. <br />The Planner replied that there was not, however, <br />vehicles must be licensed and operable and parked in <br />the driveway area. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended that the application for <br />Conditional Use Permit submitted by Mr. Greg Campbell <br />be tabled until the October 12, 1989 Commission meeting <br />pending Mr. Campbell's appearance at the meeting to <br />respond to the concerns of his neighbor. <br />Motion seconded by Schweizer. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />CARLSON The Planner reviewed the application submitted by Mr. <br />VARIANCE Ronald Carlson, 216 Burke Lane, for a sideyard setback <br />variance and a variance for lot width. The Planner <br />pointed out that this variance was previously approved <br />by the City Council, however, Mr. Carlson did not file <br />for an extension for the variance approval, and <br />approval lapsed. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the application <br />submitted by Ronald Carlson, 216 Burke Lane, for a <br />sideyard setback variance and a variance to build on a <br />residential lot which is less than 75 feet in width. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Bendel. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />STANKE Mr. Roger Stanke appeared before the Commission <br />VARIANCE requesting approval of a rearyard setback variance to <br />construct an addition to his existing building that <br />conforms to the original setback. <br />Stanke reported that he is leasing a portion of the <br />existing building, and wants the addition for storage <br />for himself and his son. Stanke pointed out the <br />condition of his site and the fact that he does not <br />have storage in the front of his building. Stanke <br />Page 9 <br />
