MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />September 14, 1989 <br />reported that he has obtained the appropriate easements <br />from NSP for the building addition. <br />Costa asked if landscaping of the building was planned. <br />Stanke reported that he will be doing some additional <br />blacktopping, but will also be sodding a portion of the <br />site. However, Stanke stated that he will not blacktop <br />until he knows what will happen to the road in front of <br />his building. Stanke reported that his addition will <br />have 10 foot side walls, while the existing building <br />has 14 foot side walls. <br />Pederson asked if a landscaping plan was required. <br />The City Planner replied that a plan is required by the <br />Code, however, the Code does not address content of the <br />plan. Mr. Stanke will be required to post a bond for <br />landscaping. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the application <br />submitted by Roger Stanke for a rear yard setback <br />variance subject to compliance with the recommendations <br />of the City Planner as contained in his report dated <br />September 11, 1989. <br />Motion seconded by Herkenhoff. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />REDLUND The Commission reviewed the application submitted by <br />CUP Mr. Stephen Redlund for a conditional use permit to <br />convert an unfinished space back into an attached <br />garage. There is also a detached garage on the <br />property. <br />Schweizer recommended approval of the application for <br />Conditional Use Permit submitted by Stephen Redlund <br />subject to the recommendations of the City Planner as <br />contained in his report dated September 12, 1989. <br />Motion seconded by Herkenhoff. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />DEY Mr. Douglas Day appeared before the Commission <br />SUBDIVISION requesting approval of the subdivision of Lots 36- <br />& VARIANCE 41, Block 10, North Heights into two lots.
