The submitted request follows the <br />intention of the applicants to construct a residence upon the <br />subject site which is of a design which conflicts with the site's <br />existing setback standards. <br />The subject site is zoned R -1, Single Family Residential and lies <br />within the City's Shoreland Overlay District. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Detailed Site Location <br />Exhibit C - Site Plan <br />ANALYSIS <br />In evaluating the applicants request, the City Ordinance requires <br />that such a variance meet the following criteria: <br />a.
