MINUTES <br />CAMPBELL <br />CUP FOR <br />ACCESSORY <br />GARAGE <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />October 12, 1989 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />October, 1989 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Ms. Claudia Drabik <br />Mr. Art Herkenhoff <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dave Bendel <br />Ms. Peggy Schweizer <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Rec. Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of September <br />14, 1989, the minutes stood approved as read. <br />Mr. Greg Campbell, 2881 Edgerton Street, appeared <br />before the Commission requesting approval of a <br />Conditional Use Permit so that he can construct an <br />accessory garage on his property to be used for storage <br />purposes and hobbies. Campbell reported that he will <br />construct the new garage behind his existing garage and <br />will access the proposed garage by driving through his <br />existing garage. Campbell reported that he restores <br />old cars as a hobby and for his own purposes and will <br />use the new garage for this hobby as well as for <br />additional storage area. <br />Herkenhoff stated that there appears to be a lot of <br />cars at the Campbell home. <br />Page 1 <br />
