South Parcel PARCEL 8 That part of the Southeast Quarter of of Section Township 29, Range 22, Ramsey County, follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section six (6), Township twenty -nine (29), Range twenty -two (22), fifty -three (53) rods West of the Northeast corner thereof, being the point of beginning, thence west to a point twelve hundred ninety -five and five - tenths (1295.5) feet East of the Northwest corner of said quarter section, thence South to Right of way Of St. Paul Water Works, thence Southeast along said Right of way to a point due South of beginning, thence due north to beginning, all according to the Government Survey thereof, except that part thereof lying South of the following described line: Commencing at ttie aforementioned point of beginning; thence due South a distance of 516.5 feet to the point of beginning of line to be described; thence westerly, parallel with the north line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 262.6 feet'; thence northerly at right angles a distance of 30 feet; thence westerly, parallel with said north line, a distance of 110 feet; thence deflecting to the right 46 degrees 09 minutes 43 . seconds, to the west line of the above described property and there said line terminates. Which lies south of the following described line: Commencing at the aforementioned point of beginning; thence due South a distance of 265.81 feet to the point of beginning of line to be described; thence North 89 degrees 16 minutes 51 seconds West a distance of 466.34 feet to the west line of the above described property and there said line terminates.
