Call for a hearing regarding an amendment to the Economic
Development Plan for the fire hall project. (Preparation
of the resolution and hearing notice is being handled by
Mary Ippel. They will be available for Wednesday's meeting.
Dan Wilson is proceeding with the necessary documents for the
plan amendment and they will be ready prior to the Planning
Commission's meeting of January 11, 1989.)
2. Call for Bond Sale dates (Brad Farnham will have this resolution
for Wednesday night.).
Also, attached are two scenarios for bond sizing. There is some confusion
regarding the specific sizing discussed. The other
option relates to a total issue size of $1,000,000 based on more recent
conversations. The Council will have to confirm which bond sizing amount
is correct Wednesday night.
Furthermore, the Council needs to be aware of the estimated total cost
implications of this project to ensure that adequate funding is
available. Some of the costs to consider are:
Page 14
