MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DECEMBER 14, 1989 <br />Drabik asked if the parking proposed was adequate, and <br />asked if the setback of the proposed parking area meet <br />Code. <br />The Planner felt it was, and pointed out that the <br />necessary setbacks have been met. <br />Herkenhoff recommended approval of the Conditional Use <br />Permit to use the existing building at 375 E. Little <br />Canada Road zoned RB as non - retail, commercial offices, <br />as well as off -site parking for 20 vehicles, and <br />concept approval for future additions of up to 10,000 <br />square feet subject to the recommendations of the City <br />Planner as contained in his report dated December 11, <br />1989. <br />Motion seconded by Bendel. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />AMENDMENT The City Planner recommended that the proposed <br />TO COMPRE- amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to reflect the <br />HENSIVE PLAN rezoning of 73, 77, 83, and 89 West County Road C from <br />B -3 to R -1 be tabled until January pending some <br />additional research. <br />ADJOURN <br />Herkenhoff recommended tabling action on the proposed <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan as proposed by the <br />City Planner until the January 11, 1990 Commission <br />meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Bendel. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />Herkenhoff recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Drabik. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 9:25 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Page 13 <br />
