This issue is raised as the subdivision <br />has highlighted the re -use of the school but is not related <br />directly to the subdivision processing itself. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />We recommend approval of the subdivision as shown on the attached <br />exhibits with the following conditions: <br />1. Cross use easements or covenants are required to ensure <br />proper use of the divided recreational facilities as <br />necessary. <br />2. Drainage is reviewed by the City Engineer to ensure future <br />easement provisions. <br />3. Future re -use of either parcel complies with Zoning <br />Ordinance performance standards. <br />4.
