As a result of my conversation with <br />Gunnar Pettersen yesterday, I determined that one additional <br />revision is required. Section 305.050 the enclosed proposed <br />Ordinance now provides that fees are to be determined by City <br />Council resolution rather than by the State Board of Electricity <br />Rules and Regulations.
