MINUTES <br />CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMITS <br />AND INTERIM <br />USE PERMIT — <br />200 -208 RYAN <br />DRIVE — <br />FISCHER <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 26, 2013 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 26th day of <br />June, 2013 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator <br />City Planner <br />Parks & Rec. Hanson <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -6 -108 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JUNE 12, 2013 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE JUNE <br />12, 2013 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, THE JUNE 12, 2013 <br />CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE JUNE 20, 2013 SPECIAL <br />COUNCL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider an application for <br />Amendment to Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Outdoor Storage <br />(Accessory Use), Interim Use Permit (IUP) for Off -Site Outdoor Storage, <br />CUP for Auto - Repair Major, Renewal of lapsed CUP for storage <br />containers, and CUP for Proof of Parking for property at 200 -208 Ryan <br />Drive, Russ Fischer. Blesener noted that the Code Enforcement Officer <br />has recommended approval subject to conditions outlined in her May 15, <br />2013 report and the Planning Commission recommended approval subject <br />to these same conditions. <br />
