MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 26, 2013 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 26th day of <br />June, 2013 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour (arr. 6:30) <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Finance Director Ms. Sharon Provos <br />Public Works Supt. Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Parks & Rec. Dir. Mr. Jim Morelan <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />INFOR- The purpose of this evening's workshop meeting is to conduct an <br />MATION Information Update on a number of issues. <br />UPDATE <br />UPDATE The City Administrator noted that the Council had authorized a $2,000 <br />OF CITY enhancement to the City's website through GovOffice. IIowever, after <br />WEB SITE further evaluation, staff was not sure that expenditure provided the <br />appropriate value. Therefore, staff has reviewed GovOffice's $4,000 <br />enhancement option as well as some substantially more expensive ones <br />through other vendors ($11,000 and up). <br />The Administrator pointed out that the web site has not been updated since <br />it was implemented several years ago. In reviewing the site, as well as the <br />capabilities provided by various enhancement packages, the key elements <br />that staff felt should be accomplished are: <br />Full width; <br />Blended pictures in banners; <br />Addition of Quick Links; <br />
