EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: April 25, 1990 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on <br />Wednesday, the 25th day of April, 1990.at p.m. for the <br />purpose of calling a public hearing on the enlargement of the <br />City's Thunder Bay Development District, and the modification of <br />the tax increment financing plan for Thunder Bay Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 1. <br />The following Councilmembers were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced the following <br />resolution, the reading of which was dispensed with by unanimous <br />consent, and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />ENLARGEMENT BY THE CITY OF THUNDER BAY DEVELOPMENT <br />DISTRICT AND THE PROPOSED ADOPTION OF THE MODIFIED <br />DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM RELATING THERETO, AND THE PROPOSED <br />MODIFICATION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR <br />THUNDER BAY TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council ") of the <br />City of Little Canada, Minnesota (the "City "), as follows: <br />1. Public Hearing. This Council shall meet on Wednesday, <br />June 13, 1990, at approximately 7:30 p.m., to hold a public <br />hearing on the following matters; (a) the proposed enlargement <br />of the City's Thunder Bay Development District, (b) the proposed <br />adoption of the modified development program relating thereto, <br />and (c) the proposed adoption of the modified tax increment <br />financing plan relating to Thunder Bay Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 1, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.134, both inclusive, as <br />1819 <br />Pa no 1Qd <br />
