MINUTES <br />ATTENDANCE <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 5, 1990 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of <br />April, 1990 in the Counci,l•Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Robert Pedersen called the meeting to order at 7:30 <br />P.M. and the following members of the Commission were <br />present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Robert Pedersen, Chairperson <br />Dave Bendel <br />Peter Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Claudia Drabik <br />Stephen Garske <br />Art Herkenhoff (arrived 8:55 P.M.) <br />ALSO PRESENT: Joel R. Hanson, City Administrator <br />Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the March <br />8, 1990 Planning Commission meeting, the minutes stood <br />approved as read. <br />DeLonais reported that Mr. Herkenhoff will be late this <br />evening since he has parent conferences to conduct <br />early this evening. <br />Garske reported that he will be unable to attend the <br />May meeting since he will be out of the country. <br />FINAL PLAT Mr. Ron Paimen appeared before the Commission <br />MID OAKS requesting final plat approval for the Mid Oaks <br />ADDITION Addition. Paimen reported that the City approved the <br />final plat for this Addition last year, however, since <br />he did not file the plat within the required time <br />period, that approval has lapsed. Therefore, t <br />reapproval is needed. <br />Page 1 <br />
